Sometimes we come across individuals or a company who exemplify and exhibit every quality of an excellent business-person and follower of our Lord and Creator.  My family had that experience and Brian and Carver Pugh.  

We were in the position of needing to sell our father’s home of over 50 years rather quickly, as he was moving into a hospice center. As you can imagine, this was a very sad and stressful time for our father and us. We grew up in that house, and our Dad had spent the majority of his life there.  Memories were everywhere, and it is hard to let go. Brian and Carver helped us through that in so many ways. There was a lot of work that needed to be done to vacate the house and get it ready for a “regular” sale.  And, our family much preferred to spend time with our Dad than we wanted to spend cleaning out a house. Knowing this, they made us an extremely fair offer that included an option for them clear out any items that we did not wish to keep.  They permitted us access to the home whenever we wanted, both to allow us ample time to make material decisions, and to see the progress as Brian and his crew renovated the house into the modern, clean, and lovely home that it now is. They blessed us with their understanding and brotherly love throughout the entire process.  We placed our trust and faith in them, and it was rewarded beyond measure. Thank you, Brian and Carver!

Working with Brian was a pleasure and easy from beginning to end.  He came to us from some friends who recommended his work.  Through our bidding, design, and building process, Brian was a professional every step of the way.  We loved his design input, and especially appreciated how he helped us bring our vision to life.  Whether it was our custom barn door, expanding a simple basement window into a full size escape hatch, or the built-in media cabinets and shelves, Brian attacked each request with excitement and energy to complete the task above and beyond our initial design.

Brian's team was also especially helpful and cooperative.  He brought in professional framers, plumbers, and electricians to finish the project right.  The entire team performed above and beyond our expectations and have helped to make our home as comfortable as it can be.

When the restaurant needed a new roof, your crew went above and beyond. Since we are open from noon to 8:00 pm, your window to work was limited to 10:00 pm to 10:00 am.  You created a plan that worked for both your crew and our restaurant.  You brought huge portable lighting and worked through the night.  Since it was Fall when we realized we needed a new roof before Winter, no problem, you worked up the contract immediately, we agreed and your team went to work right away in some very cold weather, completing the job in just four days, including removing three layers of old shingles. Keeping our grounds cleaned up during the project was also important, again no problem each day your team picked up after themselves.
